How it works
The first 30 days
Within the first 30 days of working with us, we’ll identify and resolve the problems that are holding you back. We’ll start with one solid day of a complete walkthrough through your marketing, systems, CRM, sales process, and anything else that is relevant to operations and marketing. We’ll then decide how to proceed through your first 30 days with meetings scheduled through the month to help your staff and have hands on refining of systems and marketing. Our contracts are month to month basis, so there’s no long term commitment and you can see your results as you go. We’ll help you implement new systems, upgrade your marketing, bring in specialists when needed for filming and other areas, and we believe we can help you see results within the first 30 days. You’ll have the option to move forward with your first 30 day contract after the initial consult, or if you feel like the consult has helped by itself, we’ll be on our way and you’ll have all our info if you need us in the future!
One time consults
If you feel like 30 day contracts are not for you, we offer one time, one day consults with Collin his self, and we’ll pack every bit of help we can into 8 hours. We’ll do a quick crash course into your marketing and systems, and have a quick training with your sales people (if you have any). We’ll identify all the problems we can, and leave you with a packet of recommendations for you to use on your own.
What does it cost?
Our prices can vary depending on your specific needs and the resolutions that are required our base price is:
Initial consult included in 30 day contract-$500
30 day contract that includes: Initial consult, up to 2 in person visits per week from Collin or one of our consulting professionals, oversight of social media ads, google ads, ad filming and construction, oversight of physical advertising, in person sales trainings, and M-F support from one of our consulting professionals to answer any questions that arise-$3500 management fee + budget (ad spend, physical cost).
One time 8 hour consult with Collin Tibbs in person at your place of business-$800 + travel expense (varies by location but limits at $200, no travel fee is added within 50 miles of office location in Monroe, LA.)
